The University of Oxford is located in the city of Oxford, England. It is the oldest university in the England. It is also regarded as one of the world’s leading academic institutions. The aim of the University is to to remain at the forefront of centres of learning, teaching and research. The university is essentially a federation. It comprises over forty self-governing colleges and halls, along with a central administration headed by the Vice-Chancellor.
